  • Graduates with qualifications aligned to INSETA
  • requirements (Scarce and Critical List)
  • South African citizens
  • Employment Equity candidates

Learnership

A learnership at Discovery is a structured, 12-month fixed-term contract and training programme. The learning experience lets the learner get a nationally recognised accredited qualification.




Qualifying criteria

  • South African citizens
  • Currently in Grade 12 (recent academic
  • report required) or hold a valid and recognised matric certificate
  • Must be between the ages 18 and 30 years old
  • Employment Equity candidates

As a candidate in the assessment process, you will receive access to our assessment platform to navigate through your assessment journey. Your journey begins with watching an instructional video to orientate you towards the assessment tools and experience. Afterwards, you will be able to complete each assessment and you will receive an integrated report once all your assessments have been completed. An e-feedback video will be made available to you at the end of the assessment process to make sure you understand the results clearly.
