Training is provided by the Discovery Institute of Training (DIT), and during that time, your remuneration package will be guaranteed for three months.

Afterwards, your earnings will be the higher of your product commission-based structure.


Working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 and there is one compulsory workday on a Saturday in a month, marathon days and sales drive days (where you compete to make the most sales for the day and the top performer receives a reward).


Earning is uncapped in most areas.


Yes, you will know how you are tracking as your team leader or line manager will keep you updated.


Your team leader works closely with you to get you to target. After three months in a row without making target, you will be placed on performance management.


The amount is product-specific, which will be outlined clearly in your interview and contract.

This is an uncapped commission environment.
