Key Purpose

Our Commissions department is looking for a great person to join their team as an Administrator to ensure daily transactions are evaluated and processed in accordance with internal policies.

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

  • Capturing Intermediaries on person and non- person contracts on the system
  • Capturing of new broker intermediaries on the system
  • Transfer of intermediaries from one Brokerage to the other 
  • Linkage maintenance
  • Maintain and loading of new banking details on person and non- person intermediary contracts  
  • Loading of broker assistants and linking them to brokers 
  • Loading of new Business Consultants s and their assistants  
  • Updating and maintaining broker/ brokerage contact details
  • Updating broker / brokerage accreditations, i.e. FSCA and CMS
  • Interaction with franchises (Office Managers, Business Consultants and brokers) 
  • Delinks and relinks of broker roles
  • Maintain and creating of Broker House contact person and Broker House Admins 
  • Maintain and loading Vat for Brokerage
  • Maintaining and loading Distribution channels and their branches
  • Loading and maintaining Legal nature of business for the brokerage
  • Manual overrides 
  • Maintaining the Commissions Legal pool and incoming e-mails.

NB: The role is not limited to the key outputs mentioned above

Education and Experience

Essential:

  • Matric Certificate
  • 1 year admin experience within a financial service industry

Advantageous:

  • 1 year admin experience dealing with brokers
  • 1-year experience with FSCA regulations.
  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent
