Key Purpose

Provide comprehensive support to brokers across the full policy lifecycle, including new business onboarding, policy validations, amendments, advisory services, complaint resolution, escalations, and ongoing client servicing post-policy activation.

Assist brokers with queries and troubleshooting related to Vitality Drive.

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

  • Ongoing Broker support.
  • Building, enhancing, and maintaining relationships with Discovery Insure brokers
  • Accurate, timely administration.
  • Maintain accurate details of queries (product knowledge, soft skills) and communicate to management.
  • Provide 1st call resolution.
  • Achievement of monthly product and soft skills knowledge targets.
  • Stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Dealing with Service providers.
  • Teamwork, self-management and alignment with Discovery values.

 

 

Education and Experience

  • Matric (Essential).
  • 2 year’s call centre experience in the short-term insurance industry (Essential).
  • FAIS Credits - full qualification (Advantageous).
  • RE 5 qualification (Advantageous).
  • Experience dealing with Brokers (Advantageous)
  • Navigating and trouble shoot app issues (Advantageous)
  • Degree (Advantageous)
