The Business Analyst position is available in the Benefit Management Systems team and will work on dynamic new projects and product enhancements to improve business inefficiencies, gain competitive advantage on our products and ultimately provide better service for our clients. Using knowledge of the organization’s technology infrastructure and specific software applications, the Business Analyst will help the business to address changes through technologies.
About the role
Within the Benefit Management System (BMS) area, the Business Analyst (Intermediate) will interface between multiple business areas and multiple teams that require deep integration of solutions. The role will support the project throughout the project lifecycle and will manage the release as well as post release monitoring. The Business Analyst in the BMS area must be technical with the ability to understand basic development principles including data and change management. The role might include coaching and mentoring of Junior BAs.

Education and Experience
- BSc Computer Science or equivalent 3-year IT qualification
- UML course
- At least 3-years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Process mapping
- UML modelling

- Solution Development
- Software Testing
