Customer Value Manager - Health Marketing

Key Purpose

 

Develop brand and communication solutions that support the business in achieving strategic objectives by:

  • Leading and defining the execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns to drive targeted sales, retention, and engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing Managers and the Group CVM Marketing team to ensure effective endtoend campaign delivery, including the execution and optimisation of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns aligned to marketing objectives. 
  • Managing a small team to execute on campaigns.

 

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

 

 Campaign Delivery and Management

 

  • Translate complex business needs into clear, creative communication solutions that consider stakeholder requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead, manage, and actively contribute to the creation and delivery of highquality, endtoend communication campaigns.
  • Partner with the Health team and business owners to design full lifecycle CVM programmes that resonate with and add value to target audiences.
  • Ensure every campaign has clearly defined success metrics that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Define, refine, and implement campaign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.

 

Campaign Analytics

 

  • Conduct comprehensive postcampaign analyses, reporting on KPIs and sharing insights and learnings with stakeholders.
  • Proactively analyse campaign data, identifying issues, diagnosing root causes, and recommending datadriven solutions.
  • Develop, track, and evaluate key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns effectively achieve their goals.
  • Analyse email and digital communication performance to recommend enhancements that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Continuously optimise communication strategies—using A/B and multivariate testing (e.g., subject lines, content, imagery, offers, frequency, segmentation)—to drive stronger returns.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance summaries and insights for senior leadership.
  • Stay up to date with industry and global best practices, and apply relevant insights to improve internal processes and campaign effectiveness.

 

Proactive Approach

 

  • Introduce new ideas, opportunities, and improvements to support business growth and campaign performance.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and propose innovative ways of enhancing campaign delivery and customer engagement.
  • Measure impact rigorously and drive corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure seamless and effective implementation of all plans and initiatives.
  • Manage conflict constructively to maintain productivity and ensure alignment across teams.

 

Reactive Approach

 

  • Respond effectively and efficiently to business needs, providing quick turnaround solutions and support.

 

Education and Experience

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 3-year undergraduate
  • Post graduate qualification in marketing is preferable
  • Relevant industry qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CVM: Campaign management and experience managing a small team (1-2 people).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant field with marketing automation tools, email campaign building, and list selection preferred (marketing, campaign management, communications)
    • Experience on Everlytic and Salesforce preferred
