Job Description

Conduct outbound and inbound telephonic conservation to existing Discovery clients who have requested cancellation of their Discovery products.

Key Purpose

Conduct outbound and inbound telephonic conservation to existing Discovery clients who have requested cancellation of their Discovery products.

Key Outputs

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephonic conservation to existing Discovery clients with the goal of convincing clients to retain their policies with Discovery.
• Ensure all FAIS requirements are completed during conservation calls.
• Ensure monthly conservation targets are met.
• Proactively determine client needs and re-sell products to members.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Keep accurate call statistics and reporting records.
• Ensure administrative changes are completed timeously.

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric
• 2–3 years experience in Life, Health or Short-Term Insurance sales and/or outbound telesales environment
• 2–3 years conservation or telesales experience
• Excellent English; Afrikaans beneficial
• FAIS accreditation (NQF 4 or 5 credits)
• Regulatory exams required
• Good Excel and Word skills
