Job Purpose
We are seeking entry-level Sales Consultants who are eager to build a career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals with limited or no formal sales experience but a strong willingness to learn, grow, and succeed in a performance-driven setting.
Successful candidates will engage with customers through various communication channels, understand their needs, and assist in offering suitable solutions while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Outputs
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Engaging with customers through appropriate communication channels (e.g. phone, email, digital platforms)
- Identifying customer needs and providing relevant information or solutions
- Supporting sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team targets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues within defined service levels
- Following internal processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Managing own tasks and administration effectively
- Delivering a consistent and positive customer experience
- Escalating complex queries when required

Education and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email
- Limited sales experience required
Advantageous
- Basic understanding of customer service or sales principles
- Up to 1 year experience in customer service, sales, retail, or administrative roles
- RE5 qualification
