Key Purpose

The core function is to monitor end user experience, improve user experience, report and automate fixes to common problems and liaise with product owners to drive solutions to problems uncovered. In addition, ensuring SLA’s are met.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

• Monitor End user applications and devices.
• Record and monitor critical business applications.
• Creation of dashboards for other teams
• Report on trends of problem areas
• Automation of fixes through PowerShell scripting
• Improve user digital experience

Education and Experience

• Scripting experience (PowerShell)
• IT Diploma or Degree
• Business Intelligent tools (Power Bi, Tableau)
• A+ and N+ 
• Automation tool knowledge
• Understand Desktop OS (Windows 10)
• Report Building
• Build PowerShell scripts
• End user Monitoring experience
