Finance Administrator - Secondment

 

Key Purpose

Administration and monitoring of workflow pools

 

Key Outputs

  • Financial maintenance (bank detail changes, transfers to private capacity, continuations) with attention to procedures and rules relating to financial maintenance
  • Ensure quality of output and TWT targets are met
  • Required to work overtime during busy periods
  • Knowledge of billing and debit order processes (e.g. allocating payments, processing refunds, requesting daily debits)

Qualifications & Experience

 

Essential

  • Matric
  • Basic MS Office Knowledge
  • Minimum of 6 months DH product knowledge and experience

 

Advantageous

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 6 months SCCC/Service Specialist experience
