Key purpose
To design and develop Training Programmes and Material by applying the ADDIE principles according to high quality standards for all areas of the health business and to evaluate training cycles and update material when necessary. This involves the process of identifying the skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and creating, selecting or suggesting learning experiences that close this gap, based on instructional theory and best practices from the field.
Key Outputs
- To proactively or on request from business, to analyse the business need and to create a specification for the development of learning programmes and learning interventions which is aligned to the business need.
- To consult with stakeholders across the business areas in order to establish relationships and networks.
- To gather information about products in relation to key needs and requirements of the area and to develop a comprehensive curriculum to cater for the needs of each specific area.
- To conduct research in order to identify best practice and to design a blended learning approach which will meet the business need.
- To contribute to a positive working environment.
- To design and develop training material in line with the curriculum and to ensure that learning outcomes are matched.
- To consult with business areas in order to agree on reasonable and achievable deadlines.
- To produce relevant learning programmes and material and to get signoff from business.
- To oversee a pilot programme or assist in the implementation of the workshop and to assess and evaluate the programme in terms of impact and whether it is meeting the business needs.
- To train and guide the trainers to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved through effective presentation of material.
- To maintain training material and to ensure that best practice guidelines are followed across the business.
- To continuously evaluate both trainers and the effectiveness of training material ensuring that the business achieves its business objectives.

Experience, qualifications, and mandatory requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Multimedia Design.
- Proven and demonstrable graphic design experience and skill, with a strong portfolio.
- Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition.
- At least 3- 4 years’ experience in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Multimedia Design.
