Job Purpose

The Partner Services Networks Team Leader is responsible for leading the Networks team to ensure the effective servicing, maintenance, and growth of Vitality’s clinical and fitness partner networks. The role provides operational oversight across multiple network streams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective resolution of escalations, and alignment to business objectives through strong stakeholder engagement across all levels, including senior leadership. Success in this role is measured by the team’s ability to achieve TAT and quality targets, deliver a seamless partner and member experience, and support sustainable network growth. The position plays a critical role in bridging operational execution and strategic initiatives by enabling effective project implementation, partner enablement, and continuous improvement within the broader Partner Operations environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • The Partner Services Networks Team Leader is responsible for leading the Networks team to ensure the effective servicing, maintenance, and growth of Vitality’s clinical and fitness partner networks.

Job Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Degree in clinical or allied health services
  • Registration with bodies related to your field of study

 

Technical Skills or Knowledge

  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • People leadership and performance management
  • Operational management and process optimisation
  • Escalation management and decision making
  • Data analysis, reporting and performance interpretation
  • Communication (verbal + written)
  • Training design and facilitation
