 Job Purpose

    Key Outputs may include but are not limited to:

Manage the admin related to TED team and provide support to the Events coordinator and              Logistics team.

 

Key Outputs may include but are not limited to:

  1. Oversee the training reception desk, address trainer related queries and deliver front-of house service to delegates and hosts attending sessions or events.
  2. Manage the TED admin workpool, ensuring adherence to established SLA’s while handling all queries in the departmental mailbox.
  3. Administrative and logistical support provided to both the team and clients when required.
  4. Management collaboration to research ways to enhance operational efficiencies for the work environment.
  5. Ad-hoc assistance with event co-ordination and logistical when required.
  6. Strong collaboration and relationships with the facilities team to ensure training rooms, meeting rooms and event spaces are managed optimally.
  7. Responsible for all relevant communication to other stakeholder departments and business areas regarding fielding, follow-up, confirmations and feedback on all queries.
  8. Maintain and update asset registers, utilisation stats and other departmental related stats.

 

 

 Job / Role Requirements

Work Experience

Required

4 years admin experience

Preferred (would be advantageous)

Experience in training and / or events

 

 

Education / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body

Matric

Preferred (would be advantageous)

Diploma / degree in office management
