About Sales and Distribution Marketing

We partner with franchises, financial advisers, and the sales force to develop strategies that grow their business. We equip them with tools to enhance their social media presence, branding, marketing and financial planning process.

 

Key purpose

Accelerate adoption of, and deepen engagement, with the value creation cycle to support sales, retention, and growth objectives. To drive engagement, and adoption, of our sales enablement tools that support the sales force to generate leads, sell and achieve targets.

 

To create brand and communication solutions that enable business, and Sales and Distribution, to meet their objectives by:

  • Driving and defining the implementation of brand and communication strategy and solutions.
  • Interfacing with senior stakeholders to define and co-ordinate brand or communication strategy.
  • Understanding the impact of that strategy across business.
  • Collaborating closely with business resources, to ensure flawless, on-time and high impact delivery of marketing campaigns to help achieve company and business unit objectives.
  • Drive the importance of digital marketing and implement strategies to equip sales and distribution with the tools and knowledge.

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement brand and communication strategies.
  • Drive digital marketing and equip the sales team with necessary tools.
  • Drive digital engagement and adoption of sales tools
  • Ability to translate business unit strategy into social and digital campaigns to support and enable business objectives and sales force
  • Able to ideate, and execute, marketing, communication and change management to effectively roll out digital tools to our sales force
  • Manage budgets and build strategic relationships.
  • Innovate and measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Data driven campaign management to increase tool engagement and uptake
  • Participate in meetings and forums to share knowledge, encourage innovation and manage complexities
  • Manages, balances and aligns customer requirements and quality of service to support the sales team through building the brand presence and strength
  • Build and maintains vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring good communication and clear expectations
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to align strategies.
  • Ensure timely and impactful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Education and experience

  • Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree.
  • Postgraduate qualification in marketing is preferable.
  • Relevant industry experience or experience in Financial Services is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Communication.
